Never Expect............

To start it i would tell you a story..........

I once had a friend who grew to be very close to me.

Once when we were sitting at the edge of a small pool, she filled the palm of her hand with some water and held it before me, and said this:
"You see this water carefully contained on my hand? It symbolizes Love."

This was how I saw it:

As long as you keep your hand caringly open and allow it to remain there, it will always be there.

However, if you attempt to close your fingers round it and try to posses it, it will spill through the first cracks it finds.

This is the greatest mistake that people do when they meet love...they try to posses it, they demand, they expect... and just like the water spilling out of your hand, love will retrieve from you .

For love is meant to be free, you cannot change its nature. If there are people you love,allow them to be free beings.

Give and don't expect.

Advise, but don't order.

Ask, but never demand.

It might sound simple, but it is a lesson that may take a lifetime to truly practice.

And above all it is one among the road to a content and therefore happy life.

It is the secret to true love. To truly practice it, you must sincerely feel no expectations from those who you love, and yet an unconditional caring."

"The first step of love is lust"

NO.........this is a expostulation made in frustration by a mind which has been set into motion by lust only.
then to justify ourselves we make statements like the one above.

Actually the root never accepts that its wrong. the root here being our brain which in conjunction with our heart did fall for someone and felt weak .....so weak that it could not bear to live without him or her.

since the early humanity we have been in love but humans as they are never want to accept or beleive that they have been weak at times.

so we say we have made love to each other. it is just as preposterous to assume that having sex is equal to being in love as to assume that after death there is a better life !

Love for me is acceptance that even though i feel weak ,i will and should accept it . For just holding onto it may take all my pains away.

someone to see in your heart with that intense gaze of getting right into you, that clears all your doubts and veil of darkness is lifted.

The fear from one's self is over and then no mere words are there to sooth you but the closeness to GOD you will feel by being close to the one you love.

Its neccesarily because the joy which we feel at any time makes us think of GOD( may be subconsciously for some).

now for some science...........we can divide love into three categories involving different brain systems:

1) Lust (the craving for sexual gratification), driven by androgens and estrogens;

2) Attraction (or romantic or passionate love, characterized by euphoria when things are going well, terrible mood swings when they’re not, focused attention, obsessive thinking, and intense craving for the individual), driven by high dopamine and norepinephrine levels and low serotonin; and

3) Attachment (the sense of calm, peace, and stability one feels with a long-term partner) driven by the hormones oxytocin and vasopressin.
