lakh dewane

Lakh diwane yun teri surat ke didar ko,
pal pal mitne ko bekarar hote hain,
lazabab hai teri berukhi ki talwar bhi,
aasiqkon ki aahein galiyon mein bichati ho.

Take you back

You are cover of my soul,
I am not whole without you,
Hate becomes naked in me.
All veils should come down.

Look through your eyes.
You will see truth.
Smile for their fate.
What they await is death,

Make way in the wilds,
Tear skies with bare hands
In dreams i seek you,
Dont cry any more,

I will Have revenge.
I smell only blood,
seek them till hell,
destiny will ask mercy,

I seek what i want,
Finish what they started,
Hate is my fuel,
They will burn to bones,

Tell them i will come,
They will pay for sure,
Not an easy death,
Dont cry any more,

Come to pluck you out,
Thorns will be crushed.
I will burn them to hell
This oath will be true.

I claim your soul

Kneel before me and cry,
your agonies please me,
i feel no hope in you,
can you see your fate,
Now i claim your soul

Banish you to hell,
No mercy for you,
I am your God,
cast your virtue aside,
Now i claim your soul.

You will not have pride,
Lick my toes gain,
I stand, you plead,
Beg for mercy gain.
Now I claim your soul.

For your sins you repent,
You had a easy death,
Justice you will have,
And there is no escape,
Now i claim your soul.

Fear i can smell in you,
Tremble for your fate,
See my eyes gleam,
I have you till eternity,
Now i claim your soul.

I jumped to your wonderland

Put no more nails ,
pain is a past,
now i clean my faith,
so lost was me,
its all so clear now,
oh did i hurry,
but i had to ,
make my pain a past,
and so hurried was i,
i forgot my chains,
roaming in your wonderland,
in and out, out and in
where were you,
and where am i,
no no just too much pain,
i had to run,
once and for all,
get me what i want,
jump ,yes i jumped,
to be close to you,
In your wonderland,
here i come alone,
cold wind on my face,
dust all over me,
smells of my childhood,
remains of my memoirs,
Ah i can see it all,
blue and cold am i,
a sparkle in your eye,
ah there am i,
in your tears,
its all so black and white,
cant you see my smile,
you all are so silent.
i wait for sleep to come,
smile smile with me,
i jumped to your wonderland.

mahkhane mein so liye

Raha koi na aasra humko,
na raha koi sahara dil ka,

yun lut chale hum aapki,
pyar ki rahon mein bich ke,

gum ki raaton mein bhi humko,
sath bas aasooane ne diya,

taswir teri aakhon mein band,
pukar meri dabi rahi,

yun lut chale hum aapki,
pyar ki rahon mein bich ke,

Mile the tum jab us din humko,
kyun padh na yun sason ke bol,

juban mein meri nam tumhara,
kyun dekh na paye nami hamari,

yun pite pite bhi hamne paya,
har jam mein chehra tumhara,

kya ghar ko jate bagair tere,
yun mahkahne mein hi so liye.

KUCH SHER-O-SHAYRI

KUCH SHER-O-SHAYRI

1. Zamane se beaabroo ho kar hamne badnamiyon se nikah kiya,

Yun dile nadaan ne phir begam ki tarah har roz ruh se takraar kiya.

2. Na gila koi na sikwa hai ai khuda,

Gali mein aake tere bhi insaaf na mila,

Main garib to ghar ka raasta bhula,

Shayad tu andar baitha garibon ko bhula.

3. Bahut sajon sajon kar hamne gam batore,

Kaphir dil ne jara si karwat kya li,

In askon ne bhi apni kimat na jani,

Yun fizul mein itna nuksaan kara diya.

4. Yaadon ko hamne lakh jatan karke yun zehan mein yun kaid kiya,

Phir wirane mein khade khade apne bewafa dil par hukum chalaya,

Kya kahein, bas kamwakht aakhon ne dokha diya jo askon yun aazad kiya,

Akele to ab bhi hain bas khamo-kha hamare daman ko gila kiya.

Phir wapas

phir wapas unhi rahon par
yun mud chale hain kadam,

lakh dokhe khaye the,
nakamiyon ke sehre bandhe the,

phir bhi yun wapas unhi rahon par,
yun khud ko chalte paya hamne,

Tokaron se tuta tha dil,
armanon ke aason bhi bahe the,

yun bikhra tha zahan mera,
inhi kali zehrili rahon mein,

phir bhi teri muskurahat dikhi hai,
yun saat raangon mein khili khili,

yun surat teri nazar aai hai,
chand ki tarah bholi si,

bas phir bahakta hoon main,
in kaaton bhari rahon mein,

lakh zatan kar le duniya,
manzil meri to tum hi ho,

phir dard ki parwaah kise,
deewane ki dawa bhi tum ho,

tujhe paane ki chaah mein,
hazzar raahon mein koshish meri ek hai.

HUNTING DOWN AMANDA ... ANDREW KLAVAN

Recently i read HUNTING DOWN AMANDA ,,,, a 1999 novel by ANDREW KLAVAN... Actually got a 2 in 1 book ... so now reading THE UNCANNY.

I would say its not bad.

RATING 3/5

The novel opens full-tilt, with a rain of flesh and "liquid fire" on a small town in Massachusetts. I found it a little funny. He has described it as if GOD has gone crazy. It was a just a plane accident. I mean there is no need to so much spice into a accident.

Then comes the little girlin the ground-level conflagration caused by the plane explosion and this part is described in a beautiful way. You can form a visual image of a cute little girl running confused. Her mother, Carol Dodson, chases after her and finds her in the arms of a man staggering through the fire, who hands the girl to Carol.

"Oh God," Carol says in a moment of clarity whose significance is revealed only later, "now they'll come after her."

And a team of villains does, with shocking fierceness, alerted to Amanda's location by the incident and headed by one Edmund Winter, a killer as stone-cold as his name and dispatched by a multinational corporation with a lethalAif a bit too incredibleAinterest in both little Amanda and the man at the crash site.

Again in the character of E Winter he has put more of masala and less of real time brain. I mean he is able to do big time things but gets flattened by sexual and sadist urges.

Fighting to save the girl are several equally desperate characters, including her mother, now on the run, willing to do anything, including selling her body, for her daughter;

Lonnie Blake, a soul-blasted jazz musician looking for a reason to live; and an embittered lit professor stricken with cancer. Poor man ! Love makes you blind.

Related in trim, athletic prose, the novel unfolds around New England and New York City as an extended, twisty chase, breathtaking but seriously deepened by its fallible heroes' varied struggles for redemption.

The ending is a kick in the solar plexus but feels just right: this is a thriller with smarts equal to its ultra-slick style.

ULJHAN

Sapne dekhte hain har pal,
khote hain phir mere afsane,

Soyi soyi si duniya meri,
Unme tum jagi jagi si,

Dil mein pyar ki unjani uljhan,
Bechain ho gaya hoon ab to,

Raha baki na hosh koi,
Tere yadon ke nashe mein,

Aakhon mein chupe kai armaan,
Bayan karne ki himmat nahin,

Nazarein milte nahin sharm se,
Aur door hote hain hum waqt se,

Khuda se maangte hain tumko,
Tumse tumehein maang pate nahin,

Zane kab hogein rubaroo phir,
Milengi kab dil ko tasalli hamare,

Dabe afsane dil mein tadapte hain,
Us pal tumpar kurbaan hone ho,

Kwaishon ke pul banate hue,
Lafzon ke moti pirote hain,

Bas Tu

Phir nazar wo aayin hamein,
Phir sham jhumi lahra ke,

Yun jhukti nigahein unki yaaron,
Zadoo sa cha gaya mujh par yaaron,

Madhosh to ham the ek zamane se,
Mazboor aaj ho rahe hain khud se,

Kya kahoon kho gaya hoon,
unki yaadein aur wo baatein,

Phir chu gayi lahre kinarein,
Bechain baahein unko bharne ko,

Doondhta main bhi har wo nazare,
Khusboo teri chayi ho jinme,

Nazar aa rahi roshni mein bas tu,
Andheron mein sitaron ki rani ho tum,

Tassuvur mein bahak rahe hain hum,
Khile sapnon ki baarat saza rahe hain hum,

Saasein tham si rahi hain hamari,
Wo jhukti nigahein unki yaaron,

ELRIC OF MELNIBONE...MICHAEL MOORCOCK

Yesterday i finished this ELRIC OF MELNIBONE!!!!!!!!!!!one more mythical stories ........though this is different from Lord of rings or others......but again similar to hindu mythology.........there are sea god ......land gods... a lord of chaos...we too have water god........VARUN......land goddess .......lord of chaos ...SHANI....etc...but the certainly it is much more darker than other similar novels.........brothers killing brothers and dragons too........ships which sail both on earth and sea...........good one.................ELRIC is not perfect but again he is HERO for he is for his principles and values..........

Not yet finished the 2nd part............OH......by the way there are 7 parts of it...so 6 more to go!!!!!!!!!!

The Chronicles of NARNIA... C. S . LEWIS

Now Now ....This is a book which made me remind of HEERE MOTI... it was a book i read long long back....about the TZARS and WITCHES and young heroes and maidens ....

This book is much much bigger than the movie.....recently came into theatres... and you may say it is for KIDS and all that!!!!! but i really liked i man!!!!!

There is these four youngsters who go into a wardrobe which does not have a end ........ heyyy it opens into a different world.... and you may say....it coexists with our earth.....different PLANES and all........

These 4 go to the new place and fight a witch finally with the help of ASLAN...who GOD over here....

Then in the next book you read how that Witch is actually from a different world and she is brought into NARNIA by professor itself ....... so many of interwoven tales ................i enjoyed it to the core...........

and humour too........There is a BIG MOUSE called REEPICHEEP....bloody hell he is a warrior having guts more than anyone in the story..just read the lines what he says or when he reacts....when some insult is thrown on him...

Then the ending when everyone on the earth dies and finally are in ASLAN ABODE with him ofcourse......seems like the hindu mythology....of attaining heaven where u are with GOD!!!!!!!!

GOOD ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

ERAGON and ELDEST ... by CHRISTOPHER PAOLINI

I just finished these two books by the young writer C Paolini. I would say it is a nice attempt from him for this trilogy do contain some stories where the reader would feel enigmatic and may be some of the sequences are exhilarating like in the book ERAGON... eragon accidently finds the dragon coming out of the beautiful stone. and then the fighting....with the SHADE... and in the second book the fact that he too is the son of MORZAN....meaning he is brother of MURTAGH...
But many a times i feel he has failed to enthrall the reader where it was pretty easy to do so. He has made eragon a powerless HERO... every now and then he miserably wins....He is not even able to win his love/infatuation ARYA ...the elf.... Then his brother kills the king of Dwarfs.... and he is not able to anything... He says BROM was a great rider but he dies at the hand of RAZAAC ...whom he describes as some petty criminals and yet give them a credit of killing a RIDER...
Anyway it was good after reading LORD OF RINGS ....felt similar ...but still i await the end of this story too!!!!!!!!!!!!3RD part is yet to come........

Why i still smoke??????????????

I am a smoker and i am trying to quit. But for some medical reasons i am not able to abstinate from smoking. Ha ha !!!!!!!!! heyy i am posting this article to frighten me everyday!!!!!!MAY BE!!!!!!

The first is smoking induced dopamine release. Dopamine is a chemical naturally produced in the body. Its main function as a hormone is to inhibit the release of prolactin from the anterior lobe of the pituitary. This actually helps in decreasing nervousness and craving , along with increasing euphoria.

Smoking has multiple effects on hormone secretion, some of which are associated with important clinical implications. These effects are mainly mediated by the pharmacological action of nicotine and also by toxins such as thiocyanate. Smoking affects pituitary, thyroid, adrenal, testicular and ovarian function, calcium metabolism and the action of insulin.

The major salient clinical effects are the increased risk and severity of Graves’ hyperthyroidism and opthalmopathy, osteoporosis and reduced fertility.

Smoking also contributes to the development of insulin resistance and hence type 2 diabetes mellitus.

An important concern is also the effect of smoking on the foetus and young children.

Passive transfer of thiocyanate can cause disturbance of thyroid size and function.

Furthermore, maternal smoking causes increased catecholamine production, which may contribute to under perfusion of the foetoplacental unit.

The health consequences of cigarette smoking and of the use of other tobacco products are well known. They are an important cause of increased mortality and morbidity in developed countries and the prevalence is increasing in the developing world as well. Cardiovascular disease due to atherosclerosis is the major cause of death due to smoking. Cigarette smoking is an important predisposing factor for the development of chronic bronchitis and emphysema. The risk of cancer is also much greater in smokers than non-smokers, which is particularly true for lung cancer. Fertility problems are more likely in couples who smoke and maternal smoking in pregnancy is associated with intrauterine growth retardation.
Tobacco smoke contains numerous compounds, the important substances of medical significance being the carcinogens (such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), irritant substances, nicotine, carbon monoxide and other gases (1). Smoking has an affect on the various metabolic and biological processes in the body including secretion of hormones. These are mediated chiefly through behavioural and pharmacological actions of nicotine but also occur as a result of increases in the physical effects of stress on the body caused by smoking. In normal men, smoking causes an increase in heart rate and blood pressure as a result of constriction of blood vessels. It tends to increase the concentration of fatty acids in the blood and also the liability of blood platelets to adhere to each other and to the walls of blood vessels. Nicotine also causes stimulation and sedation of the central nervous system depending upon the dose. Carbon monoxide in tobacco smoke has a higher affinity for haemoglobin, thereby reducing the oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood. The aim of this review is to describe the effects of smoking on the various hormones with its clinical consequences and to discuss the association of smoking with endocrine diseases.

Smoking is an important modifier of hormones and a detailed smoking history is essential when assessing patients with endocrine disorders. The hormonal responses to smoking are responsible for the increased prevalence of several diseases in smokers. Graves’ disease and particularly Graves’ ophthalmopathy are strongly associated with smoking. Autoimmune thyroiditis and small goiters are also more commonly seen in smokers. Similarly, osteoporosis is linked to smoking through its effects on various hormones, in particular the anti-oestrogenic effect in women, which causes fertility problems and premature menopause in smokers as well. Insulin resistance is also more common in smokers and may contribute to the increased incidence of cardiovascular disease. More pronounced responses are seen in heavy smokers as compared with light smokers reflecting the direct toxicogenic effect of cigarette smoke. Maternal smoking affects the infants in a similar way to adults. It is also possible that passive smoking could also affect the growth of young children through decrease in GH, as seen in chronic smokers. The rewards of giving up smoking are thus both immediate and substantial.
